Booking a Cabin

Do you offer gift certificates?

What is the best way to book my cabin?

You can book through our website’s secure 24/7 online booking feature. You can also contact our office at 1-304-832-6552 to reserve your cabin over the phone with one of our reservation specialists. Our office hours are Monday – Sunday --9:00A.M.-7:00P.M. EST.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes, you are able to make changes on our online portal or give us a call.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?

50% is due upon booking, the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

14 days notice is required for a full-refund.

What is your refund policy?

We require a 14-day cancellation notice for a full refund.

What is the cleaning fee for?

The cleaning fee is to help hosts account for extra expenses they have getting their listing ready before guests arrive or after guests depart.

When are the cabins cleaned?

Cabins are cleaned in between each guest check-in and check-out.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% military discount with proof of ID.

What does the cabin include? What should I bring?

The cabins are fully furnished and includes, flatscreen TV with satellite, WIFI, kitchenware, dishes, silverware, toaster, keurig/coffee maker, firewood, propane tanks for the outside grill, bed sheets & linens, bath towels and supplies.

How do I get directions to the cabin?

You can find our address at the bottom of our website, additionally you will recieve a Welcome Letter that will detail you with directions once booking is confirmed.

What vehicle should I drive? Can I tow a trailer or RV to my cabin?

Any vehicle is fine, we recommend 4WD in winter months

What should I do if inclement weather affects my reservation?

We understand that sometimes weather affects your trip, please contact us if you think this will be an issue with your upcoming stay.

What are your office hours and location?

Our office hourse are Monday-Saturday 9a.m. - 7p.m. but during your stay we are available 24/7.

What time is check-in? Check-out?

Check in is at 3pm and Check-out is at 10am

Can I request and early check-in? Check-out?

Yes, but it is only adjusted in certain circumstances.

Can I check in directly to my cabin?

Yes, your cabin will be ready and waiting for your arrival.

How do I connect to Wifi in my cabin?

You will be able to connect automatically or a code will be available for you to use.

Do the cabins have hot tubs?

We do not.

Do the cabins have game rooms?

Yes, our larger cabins have game rooms that include pool tables, board games, and flatscreen TVs.

Do the cabins have wifi?

Yes, you will be able to connect automatically or a code will be provided.

Do the cabins have firepits or fireplaces? Is firewood included?

Yes, all cabins have outdoor firepits and some have both indoor and outdoor. Firewood will be provided.

Do the cabins have grills?

Yes, outside gas grills are available and propane tanks are provided.

Do the cabins have streaming services, cable TV, or satellite?

Yes, Cable TV along with Wifi is available so you can use streaming services.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, all cabins are equipped with all the necessary and basic cookware, plates, silverware, etc.

Are the cabins close to one another?

Yes, some of them are! Each of our cabins are privately owned, and we are fortunate enough to have several cabins within walking or a very short driving distance of each other. If you want to book cabins in close proximity to each other, contact us for reccomendations.

Are there hiking trails near my cabin?

Yes! you are welcome to explore the 1,200 acres of the Grandview Grounds along with all of the other nearby trials in the area that are an easy drive! (We can provide recommendations!).

Can I work remotely from my cabin?

Yes! Each cabin is equipped with Wifi.

House Rules

Are your cabins pet-friendly?

Yes, there may be an additional fee depending on how many pets you bring. If there are any damages in the cabin, the guest will be charged for any necessary repairs.

What should I do with my trash during my stay?

We ask that you please place all trashbags in the trash bins outside of your cabin and we will pick up routinely.

What if I have a problem during my stay?

We are available for contact in case any issues arise during your stay.

Do you have a lost & found?

Yes, if you have left something behind please contact us.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is only permitted OUTSIDE of the cabin and you must dispose of your buds, any smoking signs found inside the cabin may result in additional fees.

How many guests can stay in the cabin, are visitors allowed?

The maximum number that the cabin can sleep.

What are your safety rules and policies?

All guests understand and agree that they are solely responsible for any propety damage, accident, death, injury to any person(s). The registered guest shall be liable for all accident claims or personal injury claims by any member of the vacationing party or guests thereof.

What COVID rules are there?

We have taken all of the necessary precautions during this pandemic, we clean and sterilize the entire cabins between each guests stay. You are welcome to bring your own sanitizing supplies as needed to make you feel comfortable.
